In our new home that we’ve been in for 3 years - We had 10 plus years of grit, grime, dirt. mold and algae on our tile and brick from the previous seller. Their team was swift, thorough and talented and made our pool deck look lighter, brighter and cleaner than we have ever seen it since owning our new home. I’m excited to host folks again now that’s everything is in good shape. Jake and his team are so communicative, helpful and kind in spreading their knowledge and setting expectations. Hotshots pressure washed our entire vinyl exterior, as well as both sides of our vinyl fence. We shopped 3 pressure washing companies, and Hotshots came back as the most reasonably priced. The siding and fence look great after washing, no damage and all the algae from the house is gone. From initial contact with Jake (owner) to Nick coming out to complete the work, everyone was professional and communicated well. Nick made sure to cover/protect exterior outlets, cameras, Ring doorbell, anything that looked like it could get damaged during the washing. We don't have much landscaping, but Nick ensured nothing was damaged during the washing. Our exterior water pressure is apparently on the lower side which took a little longer to complete the job, but Nick kept me updated during the process - which I appreciated since I have multiple dogs. Highly recommend Hotshots!
